When calling in an insurance claim you will be sent to a third party typically Safelite Solutions (owned by Safelite Auto Glass) or Lynx Services. They are paid to handle auto glass claims on the insurers behalf.

The simplest way to utilize your insurance is to pay us directly and request reimbursement from your agent. This method requires paying up front, but requires much less time compared to filing beforehand.
